Fox Rothchild Law Firm

Fox Rothchild Law Firm, located in Philadelphia, PA commissioned me to create a two-wall installation for one of the common rooms in their commercial building. The president of Corporate Art Resources, Carol Malkin acted as an art agent and arranged this project. Here is a look at my creative process in a series of photographs.

My ideas are inspired by natural treasures collected on walks or hikes.

A life-size sketch was created and sent to Carol Malkin for approval. The sketch was hung in the designated space and photographed to make sure the scale would work.

In order to make installation easier, I laid each piece out and created plexiglass templates to indicate placing for each screw required to hang pieces. These templates were used to demonstrate the spatial relationship for installing the final pieces on the wall.
